Illinois ASBO provides school business officials up-to-date information, best practices and cutting-edge strategies to create more effective business managers and education leaders. Publications include the UPDATE Newsletter, The Journal of School Business Management and various videos on topics concerning school leaders. Resources include the Buyers' Guide and multiple avenues for acquiring important information.

On-site Library
Illinois ASBO houses many items that may be valuable to researchers within the headquarters office. The library contains over 900 volumes, several journals, newsletters, videos and various other publications. The topics included are education, finance, management, professional improvement, leadership and all were donated. Harvard Educational Review, the Illinois School Board Journal, the Journal of Education Finance, the Journal of School Business Management and School Business Affairs
are among the journals available.
