Foundation Grants

Because of generous donations, numerous grants are available to help you attend professional development and further develop your skills. Look below for opportunities to grow in your chosen profession! Applications open each summer and are accepted through October 15.

    Applications for the DEI Grant are now open! Other applications will be open in the Fall.

    Regional Organization Scholarships

    Illinois ASBO Annual Conference Lodging Grants 

    Nine Annual Conference lodging grants are available to cover up to three nights of lodging for the 2025 Annual Conference on April 30 - May 2 in Schaumburg, Illinois! 

    The application process will open in August through October 15.

    DEI Grant

    Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Grant

    This grant provides members with opportunities to advance their professional development and participate more actively in the Association. The grant is intended to provide applicants with more flexibility in pursuing their desired path. Make the most of this new opportunity to advance your career. The deadline to apply for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Grant is June 15.

    The Illinois ASBO Regional Organization that will be providing 2025 Annual Conference grants is:

    • Fox River Valley Regional Organization Grant
      (2 @ $1,000 each)

    Application process will open in August through October 15.

    Concordia Doctorate Scholarship

    ASBO International Annual Conference & Expo Grants

    The following Illinois ASBO Regional Organization will be providing 2025 ASBO International Annual Conference & Expo grant opportunities:

    • Fox River Valley Regional Organization Grant
      (1 @ $1,500 each)

    Application process will open in August through October 15.
