Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Administrator Academy

Help your team become more effective leaders by understanding their unique personality type and how their preferred style relates to their ability to communicate, make decisions, lead, change and manage conflict.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is one of the most widely known and recognized personality assessments, creating a common language to help members of your team understand themselves and each other. Participants will walk away with a leadership development plan to enhance their abilities.

This full-day academy includes:
  • A Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment to be completed in advance.
  • Facilitation by Illinois ASBO, using interpretive reports to help participants recognize how parts of their personality type work together to enhance or inhibit personal productivity and effectiveness.
  • Interactive exercises that help team members better understand each other.
  • 6 hours of Administrator Academy credit for each participant.

Bring this valuable training to your administrative team! Pricing varies based on the number of participants. For more information, please contact Sue Bertrand at (630) 542-7001.
