Human Resource Management PDC


Mission: 
The Human Resource Management PDC informs school business officials on changes to benefits that may affect their employees and budgets by providing timely seminars, white papers, online resources and discussions of important issues.

They discuss and inform school business officials on human resource management issues including: employment practices, training, evaluation and retention of school staff, collective bargaining, negotiation strategies, benefit programs, contract administration and grievance resolution and legal issues.
