The IEC Board consists of three representatives from each of the
three sponsoring associations
as well as an association representative. The board manages the finances of IEC, supports the marketing efforts of the IEC on a statewide basis, oversees all program administrator contracts, makes decisions regarding the expansion of the program and plays a role in energy purchasing decisions.
