The 2021-22 school year has gotten off with a roaring start as you hear communities talk about getting “back to normal.” I think Albert Einstein said it best, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” As educators, we need to consider this definition of insanity as we manage our return to in-person learning and the future of education in our organizations.
