Effective teacher recruitment depends on salary, benefits and a solid and engaging brand. Over the past five years as an Assistant Superintendent in Harvard Community Unit School District 50, branding and telling our story through social media has tremendously impacted our recruitment and engagement of potential candidates. This article aims to share easy strategies for any school district that wants to strengthen its brand and better attract and retain outstanding educators.
