LEBM 721 (3): Advanced School Fund Accounting and Budgeting
The application of data processing systems to school fund accounting, payroll, inventories, curriculum, personnel, registration procedures, budget, textbook accounting, and other business office functions.

ETR 520 (3): Introduction to Educational Research
A basic course in methods of research in education; the planning and conducting of a research study; the developing of skills in problem identification, data collection, analysis, interpretation and preparation of research reports. (Required for Masters Only Program)

LEBM 586 (2 hrs per semester for a total of 6 hours): Internship in School Business Management
The internship is defined as 2 hours of three consecutive semesters (totaling 6 credit hours). The internship can begin any semester after LEBM 550 has been completed. Student may work individually or in a small group in a practical situation under the guidance of a staff member of that setting and a university supervisor. This course may be repeated to a maximum of 12 semester hours, although typically only 9 semester hours may be applied to the program of study.
