    Individual School District Membership

    Available to professionals working in school business offices in school districts across Illinois. Members gain access to professional development, networking, resources and advocacy that helps districts become high performing.

    $100

    School district support professionals include office administrators, bookkeepers, office assistants, payroll supervisors and HR generalists. In a school district, support professionals need to understand a variety of unique subject areas.

    This membership provides the access to knowledge and training that will help you excel in your role. Requires enrollment in Illinois ASBO’s Support Professionals Program.

    Facilities Professionals
    $100

    From custodial, maintenance and grounds to legal issues, long-range planning, emergency management and more, Illinois ASBO’s Facilities Professionals members help to create a consistent facilities standard for schools. Enrollment in Illinois ASBO’s Facilities Operations Program is encouraged.


    Illinois ASBO now allows members to purchase membership and add other offerings that align to your professional goals — all on one invoice.

    Illinois ASBO Annual Conference – Illinois ASBO’s premier event features two days of information-packed sessions, legislative updates and opportunities to connect with  speakers and colleagues from across the state    $495 
    Professional Development Seminars – Put on by Illinois ASBO’s 20 Professional Development Committees, these information packed half- and full-day seminars are great for those who prefer face-to-face learning. Attendees can earn up to three PD clock hours for half-day seminars and up to six hours for full day seminars. Exceptions may apply. If you plan to attend more than two seminars during your membership term, this add-on pays for itself! Bundle the seminar add-on with your membership and redeem unlimited seminar registrations for the duration of your membership.     Illinois ASBOnline+ – Upgrade and unlock all learning platform content, earn unlimited PD clock hours, receive a free micro-credential (valued at $180), and more.
    Basic Illinois ASBOnline access is complimentary to all active members and provides access to all lunch-and-learn webinars and all School Business 101 presentations; however, access to all content and PD clock hours are only available with an IASBOnline+ subscription.

    Regional Conference Registration – Our regional conferences create opportunities for school business professionals to engage with colleagues and participate in discussions about professional development and advocacy.

    These students are not enrolled in Illinois ASBO’s school business management program.

    Student Premier — Cost covered by tuition per credit hour

    Part of School Business Management Program at NIU

    Emeritus — $150

    Available to retired members who would like to remain involved in the association.

    Emeritus Foundation

    Available to retired members who would like to remain involved in the association. For the year payment is received, membership includes: dues, Annual Conference registration, a tax-deductible donation to the Illinois ASBO Foundation and donor recognition.

    Honorary

    Available to those who have contributed significantly to the mission, programs and initiatives of Illinois ASBO.

    Past President

    Available to past Illinois ASBO presidents who would like to remain involved with the association.

    Small District Membership — $340

    Available to districts with a budget of $15 million or less, membership covers the dues for three people.

    Dual Membership: ASBO International

    Illinois ASBO offers a dual membership program with ASBO International. Contact Chris Harley at charley@iasbo.org if you are interested in combining both membership dues on one invoice.  

    Service Associate (Vendor/Exhibitor) — $550

    Organizations offering school products or services are invited to join Illinois ASBO as Service Associate members. As a member, you have several exclusive opportunities to participate.
